化学品及原料测试方法(OECD测试指南431

 

描述

根据OECD测试指南431中EpiSkinTM和SkinEthicTM RHE体外皮肤腐蚀性测试方法,基于应用表皮模型的测试结果对化学物质进行分类标签,决定包装要求。针对OECD测试指南439方法判定为皮肤刺激性的原料,也可通过该腐蚀性测试方法补充体外皮肤腐蚀性评估数据。

操作原则

EpiSkinTM 表皮模型(小孔径)和SkinEthicTM RHE 表皮模型均可以用于体外皮肤腐蚀性测试评估,应遵循相应的SOP操作规范。
